Eat Drink & Be Merry 2013 Holiday Party Menu

Every year our family hosts a gathering for friends as a Cookie & Beer Exchange.  Each family is asked to bring two dozen cookies and a 6-pack of Holiday related beer to share and swap.

Mostly because I like to cook and have parties, we also have dinner for anyone who wants to arrive in time for dinner.  Most of the crowd seems to take advantage of this offer. :)

This year for our Annual Holiday gathering with friends, we had a kid and adult alike friendly menu.  I wish I had some lovely pictures to share of all the food, but I never got around to taking any pictures other than a few of the cookies!

Everything turned out delicious and I really didn’t make any major modifications to any of the recipes listed above.

The cookies pictured include cut out Sugar cookies that I make every year.  They are made with real sugar and the icing is also homemade and we used vegetable based food dye.

I’m still working on finalizing my menu for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but it will all magically come together soon.  At least the presents are wrapped!
